Bust / Chest: measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level under your arms and across the shoulder blades.

Waist: measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button.

Hips: stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Shoulder: measure straight across the back from one shoulder point to the other.

Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.

Inseam: measure from the crotch seam down the inside of the leg to where you want the hem to sit.

Foot length: stand on a sheet of paper, mark your heel and longest toe, then measure the distance between the marks.

Tip: use a soft measuring tape, keep it snug but not tight, and measure over light clothing.

Haven't worn it properly yet because it currently feels like a cardboard suit of armour with the wax unsoftened (the pics in other reviews are accurate).. sizing is good,. Jacket is unlined so hoping it feels nicer when it is softened, it should be a good jacket.

At first I was scared because I don't usually see people walking in such a stiff jacket, and besides, it seemed quite thin, yet it's still stiff due to the wax, but the weight of the material isn't that high at all... I walked around the house a bit and it seems quite comfortable and nice, and it starts looking better as I walk more, I'm getting new folds that I'm starting to like, so it might be a pretty nice jacket.

I did not suspect.
I ordered too quickly, I thought I had ordered the same jacket model in a larger size than the one already purchased.
Las, it's another model, lighter, and without pockets.
It's embarrassing to have jackets without pockets for hands or inner pockets. Love having pockets everywhere.

As for the jacket itself, it fits perfectly (provided you take 2 sizes larger than your usual size).
